# SistemIA — Your digital assistant for small Mexican businesses

> SistemIA (Sistemia.mx) is a multi-tenant SaaS for small Mexican businesses. Each business gets daily WhatsApp summaries of appointments, payments, pending clients and follow-ups — without having to open any system.

SistemIA is built around three operational patterns ("motores"), each tailored to a different kind of business flow.

## Who it's for
- Service businesses with appointments (barber shops, salons, dental practices, spas) — Motor 2
- Process-based businesses (sneaker cleaning, auto detailing, dry cleaning, restoration) — Motor 4

## Core value proposition
Instead of opening a CRM or dashboard, the owner receives a daily WhatsApp summary at 7 AM:
- Today's appointments
- Pending collections
- Clients who haven't returned (with one-click message)
- Alerts (vencimientos, urgencias, equipo)

The system also sends automated reminders to the business's customers (appointment reminders, follow-up campaigns, etc.) — all via official WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta), not via Twilio.

1. Owner registers business (3 minutes): name, vertical, WhatsApp number
2. Imports clients and appointments (CSV or starts from zero)
3. Next morning: first daily WhatsApp summary arrives
4. System runs automated reminders, follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns
